At 15kSolez, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
We offer a 7-day return window from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

The item must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.

All original tags must be attached.

The item must be returned in its original packaging, including the shoe box.

Proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt, must be provided.
Returns that do not meet these requirements may be denied.

Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will review the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Photos of the item and packaging may be required to process your claim.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
At this time, exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on product availability. If you would like a different size or item, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
