Order Processing

Thank you for shopping with 15kSolez.

All products sold through 15kSolez are pre-order items. This allows us to carefully source, inspect, and prepare each pair before shipment to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after payment has been successfully received. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package's delivery status.

Shipping Times

After your order has been processed and shipped, delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guideline and are not guaranteed.

Please note that shipping delays may occur due to factors outside of our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, carrier delays, holidays, customs processing, or high order volumes.

Pre-Order Information

Because all items are pre-ordered, processing times may occasionally exceed the estimated 3–5 business day window. If an unexpected delay occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide updates regarding your order status.

By placing an order with 15kSolez, you acknowledge and agree to the pre-order nature of our products and the associated processing times.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order.

15kSolez is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us immediately after placing your order.

Lost Packages & Shipping Errors

At 15kSolez, we are committed to ensuring that every customer receives their order.

If a package is confirmed lost in transit by the shipping carrier, or if we mistakenly ship your order to an incorrect address due to an error on our part, we will provide a replacement pair free of charge, subject to product availability.

To report a lost package or shipping issue, please contact us as soon as possible at agnzlz15k@icloud.com or through Instagram or TikTok @15kresellz. We may request additional information to verify the issue before issuing a replacement.

Please note that customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is entered by the customer, 15kSolez is not responsible for lost packages or additional shipping costs that may result.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear within the carrier's system.

International Shipping

International shipping availability may vary by location. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or additional charges imposed by their country.

15kSolez is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
